Wine and Food Trucks—Perfect to Sip and Savor Between Songs
Ever since our roots were first planted as a Holland blueberry farm in the 1960s, our stance has never wavered: more fruit makes better wine. It’s why we put so much emphasis on rich, locally grown fruit, whether we’re working with the farm-grown blueberries behind Blue Silk or Michigan-grown grapes in some of our other favorite wines.
As the farm passed from one generation to the next, it only made sense for that idea of “more” to grow with it. We love pairing wine with something savory, and we can’t get enough of all the possible combinations. Depending on the night, you might find tacos, pizza, barbecue, burgers, or something entirely different—but just as tasty—parked outside the Tasting Room.
That rotation keeps things fresh, but a few favorites come back again and again, including Dune Buggy, a West Michigan food truck serving up some seriously satisfying burgers and fries. They’ve become such a Tanglewood favorite that they’re here every Tuesday!
