Vida

Dry white wine. Tart, Fruity, and refreshing. Reminiscent of Sauvignon Blanc. 12% ABV

 

Rosé

Dry Rosé made with petite pearl grapes. Light and crisp with cranberry notes and lotus flower on the nose. 12% ABV

 

Sparkling Riesling

Crisp, dry sparkling white. 11% ABV

 

Big Red

Full-bodied dry red wine with notes of fresh fruit and mild smoke. Made with Petite Pearl and Marquette grapes. 12% ABV

 

Red Reserve

Full-bodied dry red with oaked notes and a long finish. Made with Verona, Fosch, and Leon Millot grapes. 12% ABV

 

Traminette

Semi Sweet white wine made with Traminette grapes. Very aromatic and floral, similar to gewürztraminer. 12% ABV

 

Bourbon Barrel Peach

Peach wine aged in bourbon barrels to give it notes of honey and vanilla. Semi-sweet. 11% ABV

 

Cherry Reserve

Tart cherry wine aged in stout beer barrels for 6 months to give some chocolate notes from the malt. Semi-sweet. 11% ABV

 

Hard Blueberry Cider

Tart, refreshing hard cider made with 90% apples and 10% Blueberries. 7% ABV

 

Hard Black Currant Cider

Tart, refreshing hard cider made with 90% apples and 10% Black Currants. 7% ABV 

 

Beach Bum Blueberry

Sparkling blueberry wine made with the first fruits of the season. Light, refreshing, and not too sweet. 7% ABV

 

Sparkling Sumac

Made with wild-foraged staghorn sumac. Tart, refreshing, and reminiscent of an earthy pink lemonade. 7% ABV

 

Peach

Full fruit peach wine made with Michigan peaches. Sweet. 11% ABV 

 

Blue Silk

Our flagship blueberry wine. Sweet and smooth, made with 15lbs of berries per gallon. 12% ABV

 

Frontenac

Tart and sweet red wine made with Frontenac grapes. Notes of concord grape and fresh raspberry. 12% ABV

 

Sweet Summer Sangria

A blend of five different fruit wines (Blueberry, strawberry, black currant, elderberry, and raspberry) with added oranges and pineapples to give it a fresh, fruity kick. 11% ABV 

 

Harvest Sangria

Similar to Summer Sangria, but with added peach wine, apple wine, and mulling spices for a fall twist. 11% ABV

 

Peach Cobbler

Peach cider cooked with spices and fortified with peach wine and brandy. Tastes just like its namesake dessert. 14% ABV

 

Apple Pie

Apple Cider cooked with spices and fortified with apple wine and brandy. Tastes just like its namesake dessert. 14% ABV

 

Blue Blood

Port-Style wine made with the last blueberries of the season. Fortified with brandy and aged for 3 years. Rich and robust. 18% ABV

 

Bourbon Barrel Blue Blood

Based off of Blue Blood, but aged for an additional year in Bourbon casks. Notes of hazelnut on the finish. 20% ABV

 

Black Dawn

Port-Style wine made with black currants and aged for at least one year. Notes of chocolate and raisins. 18% ABV
