Cozy Up with Our Fall Sangria Recipe

Looking for the perfect fall drink to share around the fire? Our Fall Sangria recipe brings out the warm, spiced notes of Tanglewood Winery’s Harvest Sangria. With crisp apples, cinnamon sticks, and a splash of brandy, this easy-to-make sangria is the ideal signature drink for your next fall gathering.

While we do not serve this Fall Sangria at our Tasting Room, we recommend picking up a bottle of our Harvest Sangria and mixing up a batch at home to enjoy the flavors of the season!

Ingredients:

  • Tanglewood Winery’s Harvest Sangria | 1 bottle (750 mL)
  • Brandy or Grand Marnier | ½ cup
  • Cinnamon sticks | 3
  • Apples (any variety) | 3, sliced or diced
  • Maple syrup | 1 tbsp (optional, to taste)
  • Orange wedge, brown sugar, and cinnamon | for rimming the glasses

Instructions:

  1. Slice or dice the apples, depending on your preference.
  2. In a large pitcher, mix the Harvest Sangria, brandy, and maple syrup (if using).
  3. Stir in the sliced apples and cinnamon sticks.
  4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1–2 hours to let the flavors mingle.
  5. Optional: Wet the rim of each glass with an orange slice, then dip the rim into a mixture of brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Serve over ice and garnish with extra apple slices or a cinnamon stick, if desired. Enjoy!
