Introducing: Apple Pie Sangria  (using Tanglewood’s Apple Pie)

Don’t miss out on the crisp, 2021 season batch of Apple Pie wine! Have it hot, over ice, or add a few more ingredients and make it a sangria!


You may have tried Tanglewood’s Summer Sangria or made your own Sangria with our recipe using the popular Blue Silk. But, have you heard of Apple Pie Sangria? Look no further for your new Fall-inspired drink that’s sure to be the new favorite at all of your gatherings this holiday season. Use the recipe outlined below using Tanglewood Winery’s Apple Pie Wine, along with your favorite vodka and brandy!

Apple Pie Sangria Ingredients

The recipe is quick and easy to make, just be sure to save time for the mix to chill! 

Ingredients:

1 bottle of Apple Pie

2 oz. brandy

2 oz. high-quality vodka

1 apple, chopped into bite-size pieces

1 tbsp. sugar

1 tbsp. cinnamon 



Directions: 


  • Combine wine, brandy, vodka, and apple in a large pitcher and stir until combined. Chill until ready to serve.
  • Stir together cinnamon and sugar in a small bowl (or use pre-mixed cinnamon sugar). Lightly wet the rims of four wine glasses and dip each into the cinnamon-sugar mixture to coat the rims.
  • Carefully pour sangria into wine glasses, making sure to get pieces of apple in each glass. Add additional ice if you prefer!
